Carboprato has been founded has a single business reality for the piece carbonization and thanks to merging with other famous companies like Carbonizzo Cotti e Fratelli Bianchi and the acquisition of Carbosilta has gathered all the knowledge on the subject of the whole Prato textile district.

Piece Carbonization:
utility of processing on piece fabric

Wool fabrics contain vegetable debris that is difficult to remove and creates problems during finishing operations, which become even more visible after the dyeing process, as dyes cannot color the vegetable parts present in the wool.
Effective and complete removal of these vegetable impurities, however, is only achieved through the action of chemical agents capable of destroying the cellulosic parts. The treatment, essential for wools containing large amounts of vegetable impurities, is improperly called carbonization: literally, the term means turning into carbon.
