La Fonte Academy
We focus on the new generations for a sustainable future
Lavatura Industriale La Fonte with the cooperation of Tris & Co. presents the first edition of Duale Apprenticeship Academy (art.43 Dlgs 81/2015).
Ten young people, all under 26 years old and selected by a training agency, began their one-year academic journey on February 5 in IFTS (Higher Technical Education and Training) to obtain a nationally recognized qualification in "Product and Process Industrialization Techniques."
The educational path, created with the contribution and approval of the Tuscany Region, has been specifically designed to combine technical skills in production process industrialization with the craftsmanship that characterizes the textile knowledge of the Prato area, with a special focus on sustainability.
Purpose of the project
This project, aimed at training and employing young talents in the area, allows them to immediately enter a corporate work environment with a valid apprenticeship contract.
Our apprentices will be supported by experienced company tutors and closely followed in their individual training.
The objectives of the program
1. Specialized training
Apprentices will receive advanced theoretical training in production process industrialization.
The courses will cover topics such as resource management, process automation, and technological innovations.
2. Practical Experience
The Academy offers important practical experience, involving apprentices in every phase of the production process, experimenting with the techniques studied in class.
3. Development of Innovative Projects
The apprentices will be challenged to participate in special projects aimed at developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of industrialization and automation.
