Completed the 1st edition of "La Fonte Academy"
We focus on the new generations for a sustainable future
Industrial Washing La Fonte, in collaboration with Tris & Co., presented the first edition of the Dual Apprenticeship Academy (rt.43 Dlgs 81/2015).
Ten young people, all graduates under the age of 26, selected by a training agency, began their one-year academic journey in IFTS (Higher Technical Education and Training) on February 5th, aiming to obtain a nationally recognized qualification in "Techniques for Product and Process Industrialization."
The educational program, developed with the contribution and approval of the Tuscany Region, was designed to combine technical skills in the industrialization of the production process with the craftsmanship typical of the textile expertise in the Prato district, with particular attention to sustainability.
Project Objective
This project, aimed at training and integrating young talents from the region into the workforce, allowed them to immediately enter a business environment with a valid apprenticeship contract.
Our apprentices were supported by company tutors with many years of experience and were guided step by step through their individual training path.
Course Objectives
1. Specialized Training
The apprentices received advanced theoretical training in the industrialization of the production process, with courses covering topics such as resource management, process automation, and technological innovations.
2. Practical Experience
The Academy offered valuable practical experience, enabling apprentices to actively participate in all phases of the production process, applying the techniques learned in the classroom.
3. Development of Innovative Projects
The apprentices were involved in special projects aimed at developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of industrialization and automation.
