What is Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023?

The Whistleblowing Decree protects people who report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of public administration or the private entity they became aware of in their work context.

Why it’s important

Now you can report a violation, behavior, act, or omission that harms the integrity of the company or the public interest.
La Fonte promotes the dissemination and use of whistleblowing as a fundamental measure for preventing and combating corrupt practices and illegal conduct, as well as for protecting the authors of reports.

What is la Fonte’s Whistleblowing Policy?

The Whistleblowing Policy of La Fonte regulates the process of sending, receiving, analyzing, and handling - including archiving and deleting - reports from anyone, whether confidential or anonymous, while protecting the reporter and the people involved.

Where can I find the Whistleblowing Policy?

It is posted on company bulletin boards and available on the company website.

What kind of violations can I report?

  • Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
  • Illegal conduct under Legislative Decree 231/2001, or violations of the organizational and management models provided therein;
  • Offenses falling within the scope of application of European Union or national acts in the following areas: public procurement; financial services, products and markets, and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food and feed safety, and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; privacy and personal data protection, and network and information system security;
  • Acts or omissions harming the financial interests of the Union;
  • Acts or omissions concerning the internal market;
  • Acts or conduct undermining the object or purpose of the provisions of the Union's acts.

How can I report violations?

You can do so through the following internal channels:


  • through the IT platform accessible from the company website: globaleaks.fonte.it
  • in paper form, via a letter sent with the wording confidential/personal to the address:

  • direct meeting with the Whistleblowing/OdV for the management of reports;

Only in certain circumstances through external channels:

  • provided by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC);
  • public disclosure (press, social networks, etc.).

What protection is there for whistleblowers?

The Company ensures absolute confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter, the Involved Person, and the person mentioned in the report.

Those who, under the conditions set out in the Whistleblowing Policy, report:
are protected from retaliation, even indirect, against them (including dismissal, suspension, demotion or lack of promotion, reclassification, negative references, intimidation or harassment, reputational damage, etc.).
benefit from support measures provided by third sector entities (i.e., information, assistance, and free advice on reporting methods and protection from retaliation, the rights of the person involved, as well as the methods and conditions of access to state-funded legal aid).
